Project objectives:

The objective of the study was to analyze the technical feasibility of a new public maritime transport service between the cities of Nice, Monaco, and Menton, aimed at both commuter and occasional users. To this end, the cognitive framework of the transportation system serving the Study Area was reconstructed, including a RP/SP survey targeting travelers currently using private cars, LPT by road, and trains to travel within the Study Area. The feasibility and sustainability aspects of the proposed service were analyzed, and its delivery methods were preliminarily defined.
