Project objectives:

The project involves the development of all the preparatory phases for the drafting and subsequent adoption for approval of Belluno’s PUMS. The various work phases include the analysis of available data and the design and implementation of data collection campaigns to build the cognitive framework, the preparation of a traffic model to evaluate the performance of the hypothesized scenarios, and the precise definition of measures to be implemented to pursue the objectives related to the scenario that best aligns with the vision. Concurrently, the PGTU is developed, identifying operational interventions that are aligned with those of the PUMS.

Output:

• Detailed analysis of the study area.
• Construction of an updated cognitive framework.
• Construction of a local/regional traffic model and modeling analysis with macro and micro approach.
• Definition of vision, objectives, measures and indicators.
• Comparative analysis of scenarios.
• Preparation of the set of measures to be implemented over time, related to a time scan to a responsibility matrix.
• Monitoring plan.
